to all who thought i was insane...
i do realise that i was calling security but HA! to me and the rest of you... Stu (guitarist) wrote back. and i quote "not sure yet. but i think we can swing something". i have utter faith in my boys so, i'm booking a greyhound ticket next tuesday. hopefully i've heard back from Stu by then confirming my entry to gig but even if i haven't, i have a feeling it will all work out if i just close my eyes and jump.
- favourite bands cd $29.95
- combined cost of tickets this year to see favourite band $140
- t-shirt from favourite bands gig $40
- getting off a 22 hour flight to get straight on a 9 hour bus trip without having a ticket for gig... priceless
there are some things money can buy, but for everything else... you have to be stupid/crazy/me
OH! and the tea party are playing IN montreal (canada is home country) on the 4th & 5th nov. i don't leave until the 11th so i'm going to both those gigs too. i just decided how i'm doing any future o/s trip. go when a band i love is touring and follow them from city to city.
by the way: if anyone tried to click on eskimo joe's link in previous post and didn't get anywhere, i realised my mistake and have fixed the link. it works now.
